Motorheads proudly holds recognition from the TN Skills for our outstanding contributions to skilling the youth of Tamil Nadu. As a certified training partner, we bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world automotive expertise, equipping young talents with hands-on skills in essentials and comprehensive automobile servicing. Our programs align with TN’s vision for a skilled workforce, fostering employability in Chennai’s booming auto sector.
Youth Training & Certification
Our state-accredited workshops immerse trainees in practical automobile servicing from engine diagnostics and brake overhauls to AC repairs and hybrid technology. Guided by seasoned instructors with 12+ years of field experience, participants master OBD scanning, suspension alignments, and OEM part handling. Monthly intakes at our Neelankkarai facility welcome individuals aged 18 and above, blending classroom modules with live vehicle projects. Graduates earn dual TN Skills and Motorheads certifications, strengthening their resumes for roles at dealerships, fleet companies, and independent garages.
We aim to upskill 5000+ youth each year, maintaining a 90% placement rate in motor mechanic roles across ECR and surrounding regions. TN Skills endorsement validates our curriculum, updated for 2026 EV trends and ADAS systems. We provide tools, stipends, and job linkages to eliminate barriers to entry. Women trainees receive priority support, breaking stereotypes and building inclusive opportunities in the automotive industry.
Community Impact
Beyond training, we host free automobile servicing camps for underprivileged drivers,
